How many people fit in a black cab?

Up to 6 passengers comfortably. Black cabs have two rear-facing fold-down seats plus the main bench. The price is per cab, so a group of six pays the same as a couple.

Is the cab wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Every London black cab has a built-in ramp and space for a wheelchair. No advance notice is needed — it’s standard in every vehicle in our fleet.

Can we customise our tour?

Absolutely. While the Big 5 stops are guaranteed on that tour, your driver is happy to adjust the route, add stops, or spend more time at places that interest you.

Where do you pick us up?

Your hotel, Airbnb, airport, cruise terminal, train station — anywhere in Greater London. We’ll also drop you off wherever you’d like to end your day.

What's your cancellation policy?
